Known for their rigorous grooming, elite service standards, and cultural sensitivity, these carriers shaped Ms. Hua into a crew member of uncompromising professionalism.

Still an active senior crew member, Ms. Hua balances flying long-haul international routes with training the next generation of cabin crew at Above the Altitude. Her real-time industry insights ensure students are learning what airlines expect right now not what used to work five years ago.
